Roll over accident
on Sunday afternoon; no injuries
Just before 4 p.m., emergency crews
responding to the 1600 block of S.
Division at the Wal Mart
intersection to a roll over
accident. A witness at the scene
says
a vehicle did not yield to a red
light and hit the truck near the
front bumper causing it to spin, hit
the curb and flip. There were no
injuries reported at the scene.
Bicyclist clipped
by vehicle
A bicyclist suffered road rash after
he was clipped by a vehicle on
Sooner Road Wednesday afternoon. The
bicyclist was riding south in the
southbound lane when he was clipped.
A friend of the rider says
he was riding about a foot off of
the white line when he was struck by
the vehicle sending him into the
ditch.
