Miles sworn in as Logan and Payne County Assistant District Attorney 

Marcus Miles was sworn in on Nov. 1 by District Judge Louis Duel as an Assistant District Attorney for Logan and Payne counties. Miles was a defense attorney in western Oklahoma.
